Watercolors of Centerton a luxury multi-family residential complex creating a gated community, situated in the city of Centerton in North West Arkansas, USA. The complex is composed of a mix of one- and two-bedrooms apartments, upscale club house which includes a year-round golf simulator, swimming pools, business center, fitness center, and a lounge. The complex also includes tennis courts and playground.

Altano Group as managing partner managed and led the Phase 1 of the project (constructing over 100 apartments) from the preliminary concept design through the process of change of zoning and architectural and engineering design. Later on, Altano Group became the General Contractor and Developer and built throughout infrastructure and roads and constructing the apartment buildings complex and club house until completion.
