A complex of 11 Buildings of 8 Apartments in each building, situated on Emile Bouchard St, in the city of Vaudreuil – Dorion, Montreal Quebec, Canada.

Altano Group as the managing partner and shareholder of its subsidiary Development le Diamant (2008) Inc., took care of the entire project, from the concept design, planning approval, architectural and engineering design and marketing.

Altano Group being also the General Contractor and Developer built throughout infrastructure to constructing the apartment buildings complex and landscape.

The company won in 2010 and 2011 recognition awards from the Qualite Habitation du Quebec association for this project.
