A complex of 3 Buildings of 16 Apartments in each building, situated on Toe Blake St, in the city of Vaudreuil – Dorion, Montreal Quebec, Canada.

Altano Group as the managing partner and shareholder of its subsidiary Development le Diamant Les Pearls Inc., took care of the entire project, from the concept design, planning approval, architectural and engineering design and marketing.

Altano Group being also the General Contractor and Developer built throughout infrastructure to constructing the apartment buildings complex and landscape.

The company won in 2013 recognition award from the Qualite Habitation du Quebec association for this project.
